Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP Move Forward with New Meeting Room Scheduling Technology Posted: 20 Aug 2010 06:00 AM PDT In July 2010, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP (FFW) selected Rendezvous, the web-based and highly scalable Meeting Room Management System from NFS Hospitality. A European law firm providing commercial solutions across a range of industry sectors, FFW has a particular focus on companies that are highly regulated and those with intellectual property and technology driven business models. As a multi-location, web-based booking system, Rendezvous will also make it much easier to book meetings across multiple sites, responding to the significant growth in Audio and Video Conferencing forecast for the next five years. Lease Accounting Exposure Draft Released Posted: 20 Aug 2010 03:30 AM PDT Kelvin Smith, Vice President, Financial Computer Systems, Inc., and Chief developer of EZ13 Lease Accounting software has posted a very useful post on his Lease Accounting Blog about the release of the Exposure Draft by the FASB and IASB this week. The FASB and IASB have released the Exposure Draft of the proposed new lease accounting standard (FASB topic 840 in the new Accounting Standards Codification).
