What Jay and I envision is a common forum for professionals fighting the good fight in corporations across the world, trying to streamline internal CRE process, technology and corporate goals. Jay and I specialize in IWMS, CAFM, BIM, CAD and GIS technologies. We currently develop, implement and maintain solutions for NELSON Information Services on behalf of clients across the globe. Jay's foundation is in CAD technologies and I have a GIS background but we've been in the industry long enough to know that the recent trend is to integrate as many disparate systems within CRE as possible. This is the reason why today's IWMS solutions offer GIS, Green, and CAD overlay modules; to name a few.
As this site matures, we intend to invite expert industry guest bloggers and keep you up to date with the latest technology trends/products but most important, we'll try to provide an unbiased, common sensical, sometimes humorous take on everything CRE Technology.
